This privacy and spam policy is to show our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information and to avoid spam cases.

Our email marketing is permission based with opt-in and opt-out features that can be managed by the subscriber of a mailing or by the campaign manager.

If you receive a mailing that is sent by (e)mailcaster, you have either:

• opt-in for a certain mailing through a web site
• opt-in for a certain mailing after an invitation from a campaign manager
• have been included to a mailinglist by a campaign manager as a genuine business contact

How can you stop receiving email from us?

Each email sent contains an unsubscribe link. You will no longer receive mailings from the campaign owner by following the unsubscribe link and confirming the cancellation of your subscription.

Sharing and Usage

(e)mailcaster will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone. All the data for the management of campaigns, like your email address and and other details, at (e)mailcaster remains property of the campaign owner.

Tracking and gathering usage information

Each mailing can include a web beacons or a so called tracking image, to measure and gather statistics. These web beacons collect only limited information such time and date of a mailing being viewed.
